This burial ground was established many years ago. The oldest monument is that of Sarah Rachel Annie Lee Thompson who died October 31, 1874. She was the young daughter of William and Emily Thompson. Her death occurred when a tree that had been burning fell on her.
Years later Temon E. Mills and his wife Lillian for $1.00 deeded 2 acres to Shiloh Cemetery on September 21, 1956.
