known, but he had two sons born in Georga. He is listed in the Federal Land
Record as 5-20n- 1E  -96.83 Acres  -1838/08/16 of Randolph Co Ar.

BIRTH: Age 25 in 1850 Wright Co MO census. QUESTION:  Born in 1820.
CENSUS: 1850 US Census, Wright Co MO; Dist 102, dwelling 258, enum 2 Sept;
COMMENT: There are four Davis families listed in the 1850 census #'s 258 thru 261 living in Wright county.
NOTE:  Lawrence Co AR - various locations from Tax Records (AIS) from 1830-1839 (probably not this Abijah - too young-perhaps an uncle or cousin)
Also in Saline CO.  In 1840 there was an Abijah in Newberry SC #231, also in Saline AR, Saline TWP #212.  An Abijah son of Vann b 1756 Greenville, Piedmont, SC.
RESIDENCE:  In  Sep,1840 AR, Randolph, Columbia Twp,  3 mails ages 15-19 living with C C Davis (one of them is probably Abijah).  Probably came to MO about 1846 as one child b. MO age 4 in 1850 census ( Eliphaz' dtr Sarah).
In 1850 MO, Wright 102nd #160, Sep 2, Abijah & Melissa & children are living with CC Davis, Abijah's father.
