The DNA for Melvin Buford Couch did not match with anyone. The 1910 census is the first that I found on Thomas Hershel Couch and Melvin did not know any more about his family. Can anyone find the parents for Thomas Hershel Couch. in 1910 he was in Fannin Co. Ga. They also had connection to Bradley County Tennessee. More has been found and Thomas is beleived to be the son of Mary Jane Couch of Polk County, Tennessee, the 1900 census said she had 5 children and 4 still living and two was with her on this census. As far as I can tell she was never married and this could account for Melvin's DNA not matching up with any one in the Couch Genealogy.
