John died in waynesburg ohio in 1853. He had a brother Eli Couch. According to the family, their father was Benjamin Couch who drown in the Ohio river in 1827.

2nd great Uncle Eli Couch born in 1826 died 5/2/1888 married Nancy Beatty son John R Couch Lexington Ky
3rd Great Grandfather Benjamin Couch no dob or dod but drowned in Ohio River Steubenville ohio 1827
married Rebecca Ryan 1/9/1797 Brooke County W Va died at Eli house 10/3/1880 in Carrollton Ohio
Some of this is from my mother's notes and i can't verify all of it since she has passed.
How are we related to the rest via who?
I would love to add a grandfather or two and have a country of origin.
