SEYMORE, JAMES E.  3LT -  Paroled 5 Jun 1865 at Jacksonport, AR. Born in VA.     Enlisted at Batesville, AR. Age 41.

SUTTON, LEROY B. PVT- Captured 5 Aug 1864 in Izard Co, AR & sent to MP at Rock,  AR 14 Aug 1864, to Alton, IL 17Nov1864 to Rock Island, IL 26 Nov 1864.  Died of Variola 30 Jan 1865 at Rock Island, IL Grave #1837.
