This company of the "Fighting Fifth" was formed 28 Sep 1861 at Gainesville, Greene Co, AR by Cpt John L. Kuydendoll. All enlistments were 28 Sep 1861 at Gainesville, AR unless otherwise indicated. Beginning of Microfilm Roll #78 through #84.
