BRONAUGH, DAVID T.   1Lt  - Transferred from Erwin' Btry, 3rd Bde 4 Aug 1862. Captured 7 Jul 1863 at Port Hudson, LA and sent to MP at Johnson's Island, OH  then to Ft Delaware, DE 23 Jun 1864. Released 30 May 1865. Includes a letter written from Pulaski, GA.

FARMER, SAMUEL Maj.   - Enl 12 Sep 1861 at Clarksville, AR. Age 52. Resigned 3 May 1862 at Rienzi, MS. Hon disch 3 May 1862.

FLEMING, WILLIAM J. Sgt Major   - Enl 12 Sep 1861 at Clarksville, AR. Age 17. Captured 9 Jul 1863 and paroled 12-13 Jul 1863 at Port Hudson, LA.Captured 9 Jul 1863 and paroled 12-13 Jul 1863 at Port Hudson, LA.

HAYS, SAMUEL E. 2Lt  - Age 29.  Enl 5 Nov 1861 at Fayetteville, AR. Acting Asst Commsy. Captured 7 Jul 1863 at Port Hudson, LA and sent to MP at Johnson's Island, OH 29 Jul 1863 then to Point Lookout, MD 21 Mar 1865. Released 11 Jun 1865.

HILL, JOHN F. Col  - Age 40.  Enl 7 Oct 1861 at Clarksville, AR. Signed as commanding the infantry regiment. Resigned 3 May 1862 at Rienzi, MS. Hon discharged 4 May 1862.

LATTA, FRANK  M. Chaplain   - Enl 12 Sep 1861 at Clarksville, AR. Resigned 13 Jun 1862 at Corinth, MS.

MITCHELL, JOHN P. Surgeon  -  Enl 6 Dec 1861 at Callahans. Age 28, born in VA.

PITTMAN, JAMES MID Lt Col  - Enl 25 Feb 1862 at Boston Mountain, AR. Captured 9 Jul 1863 at Port Hudson, LA and sent to MP at Johnson's Island, OH 27 Jul 1863 then to Point Lookout, MD. 21 Mar 1865. Released 20 Jun 1865.

PIXLEE, BENJAMIN Lt Col  - Age 27. Enl 5 Nov 1861 at Fayetteville, AR.

PORTER, WILLIAM  C. Ord Sgt   - Enl 28 Mar 1862 at Dover, AR.

PROVINCE, David Col  - age 38. Enl 8 May 1862 at Saltillo, MS. Inspector and mustering officer. Captured 9 Jul 1863 at Port Hudson, LA and sent to MP at Johnson's Island, OH. Exchanged 8 May 1864. Had seen service in the Mexican War. Had also been authorized to raise an artillery battery.

ROBERTSON, A.T. Asst Surgeon.  - Enl 5 Dec 1862 at Callahans. Age 28,  born in TN.

TUTT, JOHN S. 1Lt &  Adjutant -  Promoted 1 Jul 1862. Age 37, born in VA. Paroled 16 May 1865 at Marion, AL.

WARD, AUGUSTUS M. Cpt  - Appointed 28 Jan 1862. Resigned 10 Jun 1864.
