State of Arkansas
County of Fulton -
Know all men by these presents
that I, Samuel Montgomery of the County of Fulton and the State of Arkansas
being of ill health but of sound mind and disposing mind and memory do
make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former
wills
by me at any time hereto before
made. I hereby constitute and appoint my sons James F. Montgomery
and W. B. (William Boyce) Montgomery to be the sole Executors of my last
will directing my said Executors to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses
and the legacies herein after given out of my Estate after the payment
of my said debts and funeral
expenses I give to Mrs. Mollie
Mathis my daughter. The sum of $200 and fifty dollars my son Adolphus
L. Montgomery $400 and fifty dollars. Also one sorrel filly one red cow
and calf one bed and bedding such as they have all got and know what of
my said Estate is left I want divided among my five children James F. William
B. John M. Adolphus Montgomery
and Mollie P. Mathis.
In testamony whereof I hereunto set my hand and published and declared
this to be my last will and testament in the presence of the witnesses
below.

I, James King hereby certify that I wrote the name of the deceased Samuel Montgomery as above shown at his request that said Montgomery was old and had palsy and could not write his name that the said will was written by me and read to deceased before signing at his request all in the presence of J.G. Gables.

Comes Samuel Montgomery and asks the court to appoint him guardian of his own children, James F., Wm. B. and John M. and the court doth appoint him such ? upon his entering into Bond as by Law wereupon hi filed his bond which being examined by the court and deemed sufficient is approved and ordered to be recorded.
